Each Step Counts – A Walk To End Alzheimer’s Disease

On the 15th of September 2012 the Alzheimer’s Association has put together a walk in order to raise awareness as well as raise money to find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. The walk is set to take place at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard California and will include music, community booths and other activities.

All proceeds gained by this walk will directly go to the Alzheimer’s Association to help find a cure. With the number of individuals being affected by Alzheimer’s Disease increasing each year, a cure is of course the main goal that is set to be achieved through these walks set by the Alzheimer’s Association.
